The Massachusetts Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program allows for a premium credit to be applied to any experience rated insured with a qualifying average hourly wage for one or more construction classifications. The online MCCPAP application may be submitted by the employer or by a producer who is authorized by the employer to complete the application on the employer’s behalf.

Please Note:

  • You must agree to the Disclaimer below to submit an online MCCPAP construction credit application.
  • For best search results, search by the Employer’s FEIN number.
  • When searching by the Employer Name, enter the employer’s name as it is listed on the policy (excluding punctuation).
  • After the application is submitted, you will be given the option to print or save the submitted online MCCPAP construction credit application pdf. Please save a copy of the application for your records.
  • The online MCCPAP Application must be completed and submitted in one session. The application cannot be saved and submitted at a later time.
  • If an application that has not been submitted is left inactive for 20 minutes or more, the application will time out and you must reenter the application information in order to submit.
