MA Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program

The Massachusetts Construction Classification Premium Adjustment Program allows for a premium credit to be applied to any experience rated insured with a qualifying average hourly wage for one or more construction classifications. The online MCCPAP application may be submitted by the employer or by a producer who is authorized by the employer to complete the application on the employer’s behalf.

For best search results, search by the Employer’s FEIN number.
When searching by the Employer Name, enter the employer’s name as it is listed on the policy (excluding punctuation).
After the application is submitted, you will be given the option to print or save the submitted online MCCPAP construction credit application pdf. Please save a copy of the application for your records.
The online MCCPAP Application must be completed and submitted in one session. The application cannot be saved and submitted at a later time.
If an application that has not been submitted is left inactive for 20 minutes or more, the application will time out and you must reenter the application information in order to submit.
