The following is a timeline of the 2007 Rate Filing Process with links to the underlying documents.
MARCH
03/01/2007 - The WCRIBMA submits a Rate Filing (Filing), proposing a 13.4% decrease in average rates for industrial classes. The proposed effective date of this filing is September 1, 2007.
03/02/2007 - Circular announces submission of the Rate Filing (Circular Letter #2047).
03/06/2007 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with the Notice of Hearing and a Pending Premium Change Endorsement (Circular Letter #2049).
03/20/2007 - The Office of the Attorney General submits a notice of intent to appear and participate as a statutory intervenor (Notice).
APRIL
04/06/2007 - The WCRIBMA submits a revised filing proposing a 14.6% decrease in average rates for industrial classes (Revised Filing).
MAY
05/14/2007 - The WCRIBMA, State Rating Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General sign a stipulation, with an overall average rate decrease of 16.9% (Stipulation).
05/18/2007 - The Commissioner of Insurance approves the Stipulation. The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with a copy of the Commissioner's Decision and the Stipulation (Circular Letter #2054). The filing exhibits have been revised to reflect the stipulation (Filing Exhibits Revised with Stipulation).
JUNE
06/18/2007 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with Changes in Manual Rates by Class and Effects of September 1, 2007 Rate Change (Circular Letter #2055).
06/18/2007 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with Manual Rates and Rating Values effective September 1, 2007 (Circular Letter #2056).
JULY
07/02/2007 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with the revised Guidelines for Workers' Compensation Rate Deviation Filings (Circular Letter #2059).
SEPTEMBER
09/01/2007 - New Rates and Rating Values become effective.
