The WCRIBMA acts as the statistical agent on behalf of the Commissioner of Insurance. In that capacity our member carriers report policy, coverage, unit statistical and aggregate financial data to the WCRIBMA.

The Data Reporting section of the website is designed to assist our members in the submission of data. The data requirements are found in the MA Workers’ Compensation Statistical Plan and the WCIO’s Data Specifications Manual.
