Indemnity Data

In June 2019, the WCRIBMA announced that the WCRIBMA’s Governing Committee authorized the implementation of a Massachusetts’s Indemnity Data Call. The Indemnity Data Call will follow the WCIO record layout. It will include two separate reporting records 1) a Transactional Record and 2) a Quarterly Record. The Indemnity Data Call will begin with indemnity claim activity occurring in the second quarter 2020 with the first data due by the end of the third quarter 2020. Carrier groups with at least 1% market share on direct written premiums in Massachusetts over the most recent three years are required to submit the Indemnity Data Call.
