MARCH
03/01/2005 - The WCRIBMA submits a Rate Filing (Filing), to the Division of Insurance on behalf of its members recommending a 1.0% increase in average rates for industrial classes. The proposed effective date of this filing is September 1, 2005.
03/01/2005 - Circular announces submission of the Rate Filing (Circular Letter #1979).
03/02/2005 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with the Notice of Hearing and a Pending Premium Change Endorsement (Circular Letter #1980).
MAY
05/18/2005 - The WCRIBMA, State Rating Bureau and the Office of the Attorney General sign a stipulation which includes an overall average rate decrease of 3.0% (Stipulation).
05/20/2005 - The Commissioner of Insurance approves the Stipulation. The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with a copy of the Commissioner's Decision and the Stipulation (Circular Letter #1986).
JUNE
06/10/2005 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with Changes in Manual Rates by Class and Effects of September 1, 2005 Rate Change (Circular Letter #1988).
06/10/2005 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular of Classifications with Capped Rates (Circular Letter #1989).
06/13/2005 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with Manual Rates and Rating Values effective September 1, 2005 (Circular Letter #1990).
06/13/2005 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with Revision of Experience Modifications due to General Revision of Rates effective September 1, 2005 (Circular Letter #1991).
06/15/2005 - The WCRIBMA issues a Circular with the revised Retrospective Rating Plan Changes effective September 1, 2005 (Circular Letter #1993).
SEPTEMBER
09/01/2005 - New Rates and Rating Values become effective.
